For over a decade, I’ve been in the restaurant world—running Taco Shore in Long Beach, managing every detail from payroll to recipes, from vendors to late-night cleanups. I didn’t inherit a business. I built one. With long days, longer nights, and a whole lot of heart. Like many women in this industry, I learned by doing. By showing up. By figuring things out when there was no manual. By fixing problems before customers ever noticed them. By putting quality first—always. After years of serving our community from one location, I knew it was time to grow. Not bigger. Better. More personal. More flexible. More connected. That’s how Taco Bus VW was born. A fully licensed, woman-owned catering business built on the same values that made Taco Shore successful: fresh ingredients, honest flavors, hard work, and real hospitality.
